How do we teach AI? Join AI School, a place where AI learns

We welcome you to AI School where we’ll be taking a critical look at how we teach AI. Join this event which is hosted by artists Lily McCraith and Soul Miles who will give you an insight into both the process of training AI systems themselves, and also how we teach those who will operate them: engineers, consumers, researchers and decision makers.

In this interactive workshop, we'll make a handmade dataset of images of one specific apple, to train a Google do-it-yourself AI. Using imaging techniques such as photography, drawing, 3D scans and potato prints to explore what goes into training AIs, and which viewpoints are considered in the process.
